Inner Luminescence

What is this hope we speak of when despair settles? Is it the truth within each one of us that guides us to relinquish the weight of the world? Therefore, dispersing the darkness that we fear, yet cling on to for the sake of comfort?

Inner Luminescence was an attempt to answer these questions and explore an aspect of the Self. Where the inner workings of my emotions reside and how I constantly cling on to hope. My recent findings have led me to understand that the notion of who we are can be slippery. People are capable of transformation.

I have grown to accept that I may not be able to find all the answers. This analytic mind of mine places its trust in art.

The purpose of art, as I have come to understand it, is to offer a piece of your expression, which serves to be a contribution to this search for meaning. Through experience, we can iterate to develop something much more profound. When I first created this scent in 2019, it was using ingredients that I had at hand at the time. Relaunching it in 2021, grants me the ability to go back and build on my prior knowledge.

It is earthy and beautifully spicy.
